Dr. Keith Lamm
Dr. Keith Lamm (D.Min., M.A. - Counseling) is an Ordained Itinerant Elder with the Evangelical Church, American Association of Marriage and Family Therapists [AAMFT] Clinical Member, Chemical Dependency Professional (CDP), and a Master Addiction Counselor (MAC). He began serving as a licensed clergy in 1980 with the Evangelical Friends [Quaker] and now is a Pastor with the Evangelical Church in Yakima, Washington.
He has been a therapist for over ten years, working with troubled relationships, juveniles, alcohol/drug addiction, eating disorders, Vietnam Vets, and sex offenders. In 2002 he began the Community Resource Group, which promotes community family well-being through spiritual and clinical insight by providing addiction assessments, individual counseling, and marriage and family therapy.
He has spoken to groups at camps, colleges, and schools as well as published articles related to such topics as Aging, Faith/Doubt, Married Singles and Addicted to Ministry. Keith strives to work from a Scriptural basis, so that individuals may experience wholeness in regard to their own emotional, relational, social and spiritual well-being. He and his wife are the parents of three children.
Betty Hames, CDP
Betty has worked in the Chemical Dependency field for seven years, two years as Program Manager for Community Resource Group. Eleven years working with high risk youth in the educational system. Two years volunteering with a local crisis line as an advocate for those who have been sexual abused or involved in domestic violence issues and have helped with the training of the new advocates for the past two years. I find time to run the Open Class building at the Grandview Fair in August and teach various hand crafts to anyone who will sit still long enough.
Dr. Phil Johnson, Ph.D.
Phil is a psychologist with 24 years experience. He counsels adults and children (ages 2 to 12 years old). Problems addressed include depression, stress, anxiety, panic attacks, behavior problems, divorce, and abuse.
Steve Kraft - Registered Counselor
Steve lived in Panama for 13 years and speaks Spanish fluently. He has lived in Yakima, Washington for over 20 years and is vitally involved in the lives of the churched and unchurched. He is a Registered Counselor in Washington State & serves as a Family Ministry Pastor and as an Intervention Consultant with the Community Resource Group.
Maggie Robinson - Registered Counselor
Maggie Robinson has been involved in the lives of youth in foster care, the homeless, Hospice for those facing death, and with women facing rape issues. Maggie is a Registered Counselor and is a Licensed Foster Parent in the state of Washington. She adapts to challenging situations as she lives a life that honors God and the people she serves, as wholeness and healing become a reality.
